[MOD] Xperience1080++

Based on the excellent theme/mod by Saste http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=160560 I have made some changes to certain areas and thought I would share it.

The mod is quite large as it includes colour flags which are used in the new Top250-Info List and Right List views. In addition the PVR area has been changed, in particular the new EPG Timeline view. There is added support for Movie Sets which requires the following script to be installed: https://github.com/phil65/script.extendedinfo
