streaming with oppo-95

Seeking is very slow (only seek 1 & 2, max of 5 usually), and I cannot skip chapters.
This seems to be a problem with orb caster and plex. Why is that?
Any solutions welcome!
fyi (streaming with playstation media server with ps3 works ok)- but graphics/sound is compromised hence my using oppo.
