error script failed

HI everyone I am new to this so please bare with me. I have been trying to get Xbmc working on my PC all weekend everytime I try to load Navi-x ,Ice films or anything else I get error script failed.I have read posts from this site and a few others to try to find the answer, nothing worked. I have tryed to get a debug log and when I go to XBMC log uploader enter in my e-mail address press ok but nothing happens if I click on XBMC Log Uploader I get the same message "error script failed". The proxy server ifs "off"

I am not sure if you need it but my pc is
Gateway DX4300
ADM Phenom 9650 Quad core processor 2.30 ghz
Windows Vista Home Premium
