How do i make my movies look like this

Hello guys I'm a total beginner of XBMC i just started playing with it about 3 days so far so good the only thing i don't understand is how to make my library look like this, my folder structure look like this
D:Movies
and inside of the movie folders are folders **example**
This is 40 (2012)
Jack reacher (2013)
inside each folder is the containing MKV
but want to know how do i make it look like this
I have aeon nox installed
