trying to install zip on android tv box (can not find usb drive)

Hi all

I have gone into
system, add on, install from zip but from there I can not seem to browse to the pen drive holding zip file

I get the choice of these:
android
external_sdcard

but not any usb stick I put in

anyone have any suggestions please
