some help for a newbie

A little help from the experts here please

1) I would like to replace the ratings I get on the skin (ACE) with those from IMDB. I had a read though the forum and read about universal scrapper. I have added the addon and configured it but I can't seem to be able to disable the moviedb addon. Am I doing something wrong?

2) I also downloaded the NBA addon but in configure I can't find an option to change the streaming quality to 720p, is there somewhere I can do that?

3) On a vary rare occasion moviedb will misread a movie I have added to my database and give me a wrong title although the format I use for the movie labeling is the same (movie title.year). It happened to me with a foreign (Greek title). Is there an option where I can choose to search myself and point the scrapper towards the right selection? Maybe it was a movie not listed on moviedb? (that's why I want to change to imdb scrapping...)

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am running Frodo 12.1 on a xtreamer ultra 2. Movies are coming through smb share on a windows 7 fileserver.
