DTS-HD sound results in buzzing on 3.9RC6 kernel and HD4000 Intel

So I was running Kernel 3.9RC5 and had no sound at all when I played a DTS-HD file.

I just installed 3.9RC6 and now get buzzing sounds when playing DTS-HD, which to some extent is progress.

What files can I post or what should i look at to resolve?
