XBMC anoying problem

Hi, I have one anoying problem with xbmc. When I watch movies i some parts of film pictur become blurry and awfull. You can see in image that I took, and it's like that untill scene changes, and then it is normal about 10 minutes and then again happens. And it's just with xbmc, in bs player on that part of movie is all normal. I reinstalled xbmc, and even windows but problem is still here.
