XBMC adds ISO(DVDr) twice?

Hi,

I have a couple of ISO/IMG(DVDr) files that is added twice to XBMC when making a library update from the man movie share? One of these will also never get any thoumbnail. If I remove one of the it will be added again next time the update is runned?

When looking on the path I can see that one points to the ISO/IMG file while the other point to a DVDr file within the ISO/IMG file?

I have not set any special settings(that I know about) and I supose that this should not be a default behavior? So how do I solve it?
