Help with AMD Drivers

Hi, i need help with my 4th/5th XBMC setup.
Here's the specs:
- Optiplex 9010
- i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz
- 16GB RAM
- ATI HD 5570
- Win7 x64 Ultimate SP1
- XBMC 12.1

i don't know how to describe the issue other than showing you the screenshot.
The graphic issue occurs when i'm using the ATI 13.1 driver, Cirrus extended skin, Aeon NOX, and any other skins except Confluence.
NO Issue with the graphic if i use "windows Update" ATI drivers, but the playback is really bad.
NO Issue if i use Optiplex 980, Optiplex 990 with ATI HD5570.
NO Issue if i use the built-in Intel HD4000

I have tried the following:
- using 3-4 different ATI HD5570 card with same result.
- different Optiplex 9010 with same result.
- Re-install Windows multiple times.
