Laggy GUI and erratic high FPS

I decided to switch from OpenElec to Windows and I'm using the latest Frodo 12.1. I typically suspend and then resume XBMC. At times when I resume xbmc from suspend and after a short while the GUI menus become VERY laggy. At this time I look at the System Info and the FPS is all over the place but generally very high (sometimes showing >200fps). I have to quit XBMC and restart to make it go away. My system is beefy enough so should not have any issues.

My system is Intel G860 (HD 2000) with 8GB ram and AsRock B75M-ITX board. My media is on a separate Windows 7 machine that I am using as a server. I access it using Samba shares.
I'm using the Aeon Nox 4.0.9 skin.

Here is my XBMC log. There is a couple days activity here but the stuff at the bottom starting 19:07:34 is the latest session when it happened.

Can anyone diagnose the problem?!
