EPG Timer sets wrong date

Hi,
i use XBMC 12.1 (german settings) with the DVBViewerClient 1.6.5. and the DVBViewer recording service 1.24

When i set a timer that starts after 23:00 and before midnight, XBMC sets the timer with the right time but one day later.
For example i set a timer start time 23:55, end time 0:50, date 26.3.2013, but the timer was set with start time 23:55, end time 0:50, BUT date 27.3.2013.
I also experimented a bit and it only happens with start time between 23:00 and 0:00 AND furthermore it stops happening with the date of 31.3.2013 at which daylight-saving time clock change will happen.
Furthermore when i set a timer at 30.3.2013 23:41-1:41 i get a timer DISPLAYED in XBMC at 31.3.2013 22:41-0:41 so an our earlier too, but in the recording service the timer is set with 31.3.2013 23:41-1:41.

This happens only when i set a timer out of XBMC, not when i set a timer in the web interface of the recording service.
