Sockshare playback issues.

Hi all. Newbie here, so be sure to take time to laugh at my ridiculous posts. I have searched around and was not able to find anything about this issue. After upgrading to Version 12 "frodo", I have not been able to play any videos from 1channel, with sockshare specifically. I have a pro account with them. The information is entered correctly and I am able to log into the web site without any issues. I have uninstalled the 1channel plugin, reinstalled and still have not had any luck with it. Here is part of the log file. If you need the entire file, please let me know and I will provide it to you.
