am I right, that it is not yet possible to create "simple" (not smart ones) playlists, with songs linked to the songs in database?
I think, it should be possible to create playlists, which contains the unique ID of the song in the database.
So if you listen to a playlist, you should be able e.g. to rate this song.
I am currently developing a java-based program to controll XBMC, like you would control iTunes and it's annoying that you have to map the currently played song manually (by title and artist) to the songid of XBMC.
