Hoping someone with the skills to make this happen will be able to make this a reality. I'm finding that I'm always adjusting my volume (always up) to be the same level as I would get through my receiver for regular radio play (for example) for certain video add-ons. This gets irritating when I forget to turn it back down and get zapped with high volumes for other add-ons that don't require being cranked up and also for local files on my NAS.
Would it be difficult to set up a program that internally amplifies the volume for a given add-on, if specified, and only do it when that video add-on is running? Like a volume normalizer? Or does something like this already exist or is it something I can do by creating a config file for? Any help or advice on this would be much appreciated.
