New build - final pieces

I've been using a xios that's streams DVD rips, 720p TV shows, and some 1080p stuff off a nas for a few months now; but now I want to add live TV, netflix, and playing steam games on big picture mode to the situation. To that end I've decided to make a new build and this is what I've got down so far; the HD and RAM are just stuff I have lying around.
  • Case: Wesena e5 - $200
  • Power Supply: Athena Power AP-MFATX22 220W - $25
  • RAM: Apple 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
  • Hard Drive: OCZ Vertex 2 120 GB SSD
  • Capture Card: Hauppauge Colossus PCIe - $140
  • OS: Windows 7
The final piece that I can't quite decided on is the mobo and cpu combo; I've got it down to these two.
  • ASRock A75M-ITX & AMD A6-3500 - $160
  • ASRock H77M-ITX & Intel Pentium G2020 - $165
Does anyone know how these compare? I'm leaning towards the AMD combo simply because it's been well reviewed (like in beertoz A6 build) but with the Intel combo I could upgrade to an i3-3225 if I ever felt like it; and it would be much easier to switch from Windows to xbmcbuntu, or openelec if I ever wanted to go that route. What do you guys think?
