colored pixels in UI?

Hi, I'm getting this problem recently when I switched to a video card to output to my tv. The xbmc interface gets these pixels but video playback is never affect, just the interface. I was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem and had a fix for it. I enclosed a picture of what it looks like
