Startup logo and sound for XBMC?

I am using XBMCLauncher to boot directly into XBMC. Works like a charm and looks sexy.

What I would like to do now is:
- Add a cool startup sound when the XBMC logos shows
- Change the default XBMC startup logo to a custom one (or even an animation)

Does anyone know how to do that?
