Which PVR plugin for faster channel change?

Hello,
I'm using XBMC for a long time, but I'm not an experience user.
My current system is:

CPU: AMD A10-5700
M/B: AsRock FM2A85X Extreme4-M
RAM: 4x2GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 1T
TV/Radio Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-4000 (PAL, DVB-T, DVB-S & DVB-S2)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Green Sata II 2TB
Optical Drive: Panasonic UJ240 BluRay Burner

I'm currently using XBMC 12 (Frodo) and trying to configure LiveTV.
Surprisingly I noticed that on Frodo is much more easy to configure LiveTV than on previous XBMC versions.
So I noticed that I can get LiveTV working using MediaPortal or NextPVR easily.

Problem is that using eather of them I get very slow channel changes.
On MediaPortal usually takes around 6-8 seconds.
I tried both Streaming methods and also tried enable Fast channel switching.

On NextPVR channel changes are even slower as XBMC buffering for a long time.

Not using XBMC but MediaPortal only or WinTV application or NextPVR channels change directly (approx 1 sec) and I thing that picture quality is better.
On XBMC I get many horizontal lines during fast picture movements.

So I suppose that are my settings slowing down channel changes and bad picture quality.
My question is which program should I use to get fastest channel changes?
