My proposed htpc build

Ok after many hours of reading and going in circles here is my potential build
CPU---------------AMD A8-3870
CPU------------- Cooler Big Shuriken 2
MOBO ----------Asus F1A75 M-Pro-CSM
Ram------------- Kingston hyper-X DDR3 1600(4 or possibly 8Gig)
SSD-------------Crucial M4 64G
HD---------------WD Green 2TB sata3
B/R Drive------- L/G BH12LS38
Case------------- Silverstone ML03B
P/S -------------- Seasonic SS-400 ET
Keypad----------Iogear GKM571R
O/S ---------------Windows 7/64


So with a set up like this I thinks I will have all my bases covered for group #7.
Does anyone see any potential problems with this system??
I would like to use a remote but it's not a deal breaker and I'm not sure if the mobo has a CIR header...
Will I need case fans ? and if so how many??
Will everything fit in the case ok?I was a little concerned about the Big Shuriken...
Any opinions or recommendations would be great !!
