Stream from PC to TV

Hi all,

Sorry, i am very new to this, so forgive me if this is a stupid question.

I have xbmc on my windows 7 PC, and an LG Blu Ray player connected to my TV, both of these are connected to my home network, so all is done via wireless.

I can see the xbmc menu on my Blu Ray player but i can only access the files i put onto xbmc. But i can not see the xbmc menu and access any add ons or programs.

I want to be able to use the add ons and programs on my TV being connected via wireless.

Question is can this be done using the method i am doing?

I cant find it anywhere.
