Ember management of Movie Sets

EMM - 1.3.0.9

I have used EMM for sorting my movie sets out. XBMC doesn't see them. I have deleted source and cleaned library then re-added the source and no sets. I have looked in the nfo files created by Ember and the sets are shown in the format below:

<sets>
<set order="3">James Bond</set>
</sets>

If I remove the <sets> tags all is well. I have read on the XBMC wiki that it uses <set>. Does anyone know how to stop EMM putting in the <sets> tags? Not sure I fancy editing every file.
