MySql with windows and linux

So I have 3 XBMC linux machines that have been running nicely together for over a year with a mysql database for everything. Now I want to run XBMC on my windows machine, but /directories Don't exist, so it see's that the video's are in the database, but when it goes to play the files don't exist since it thinks the files are in /videostuff but it's z:\ on windows.

Is there any easy solution?
