I'm on a nightly build (2/12 i think) and ADV Launcher 1.12. I have the defaults in ADV L for delay (1000ms)
XBMCBuntu installed on 64 bit arch.
When first setting everything up, I would regularly log in to xbmcbuntu desktop to make changes, and then kick off xbmc from within the desktop to verify everything was working.
I think my setup is pretty vanilla (no discrete cards), I've installed mednafen, kega fusion, and mupen64plus emulators (all be logging in through xbmcbuntu to a desktop), and when I kick off xbmc from the desktop all the emulators launch through advanced launcher and everything works great.
My 'button it up' last step was to not be logging in to the desktop everytime, so I switched the logon from xbmcbuntu to xbmc. Logging in to either the user is the same.
What is NOT the same is advanced launcher's behavior. instead of an emulator launching I get a blank screen. I'm not quite sure where to start solving this problem... seems like it could be something wrong with the way I setup the emulator to launch, the config of the emulators themselves, or maybe how they got installed in teh first place.
Again, everything works perfect if I log in to 'xbmcbuntu' and launch xbmc, but it falls apart when I log in to 'xbmc'
Anyone got an idea where I should begin, or had this problem themselves?
thanks
