HTPC build to support bitstreaming HD audio and blu ray rips

Just thought I would post the spec of my first HTPC build

Intel Dual Core Celeron G540 2.5Ghz CPU
Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GT610 Fanless Graphics Card
Kingston 2GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM Memory
ASRock H61M-ITX Motherboard
Silverstone ML03 HTPC Case
ZM450-GS 450W Power Supply
Inteset CIR reciever for ASRock motherboards
Inteset 4 in 1 Backlit Remote

I want to run XBMC on Linux with this build (XBMCbuntu or OPENelec).

I figured I could build this spec for about £250 (not including HDD / SSD).

I would be grateful for any opinions about this spec. Would this build support bitstreaming Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio? Also, would this build support network streaming of 20 - 30 Mbps bitrate Bluray rips? (they are straight rips in MKV format. No re-encoding). I have a Gigabit wired network.
