OSD does not show!

Hi all.
I'm with FRODO on iOS 5.0.2 on a ATV2.
The OSD does not show while watching a film/episode. This just happened with 1channel (also happens with Navi-X).
Although I press the select button on the remote the OSD does not show as it has always shown pre-FRODO.
Anyone knows what might be the problem? I'm not able to select subtitles right now.
