I have downloaded multiple copies of the .ISO from multiple sources. All the MD5's check out. I have burned the ISO to CDRs from Linux, Windows and Mac. I have used multiple USB sticks to create several different bootable USB sticks using different methods and programs.
No matter what I do, whenever my BIOS gets to where it should boot from the disc or USB stick, it just skips on by and doesn't boot from it.
I'm not new to this. I am an eternal experimenter of Linux distros. I burn and boot one at least once a week. I thought I was going crazy after not being able to get this to boot so I downloaded the latest Mythbuntu and it burned and booted on the first try.
The structure on the ISO seems bare compared to most other ISOs I've worked with -- just 4 folders. Is that right?
Any other suggestions? Yes, my BIOS is set to boot from the DVD drive and/or the USB stick first.
