SQL External Database Error

Hi All,

I'm rather new with XBMC and i have currently 3 XMBC setups running, all with video and music scattered across my network shares.

1 desktop runnin XBMCBuntu Frodo 12.0
1 mini PC running Windows XP with Frodo 12.0
1 raspberry Pi with Raspbmc Frodo 12.0

I am having the following problem.

When connecting to an external SQL server in my network for the databases for Video and Movie the XBMCBuntu desktop does not show anything. The 2 other PC's running XBMC are displaying everything.

Here's the funny part. When i select Music and right click the files and rescan the share XBMC crashes and restarts. Then the databases work fine. Can anyone help me? After a reboot the same story is repeating.

This does not occur on the other 2 machines.
