RC3 to Full Release?

I'm sure this isn't difficult, but none of my searches have given me the solution. I'm running Frodo RC3 and when I do an update it tells me I'm already running the latest version. I think I just need to change the place that it looks for the updates, but I'm not sure how to do this.

Any pointers gratefully received
