Python plugins

Hi, I have a python plugin in beta and one person testing it noted that Aeon Nox White modifies my skins, and they can be almost unreadable. I don't know a lot about skinning I inherited the skins so I am at a loss to help. The issue is that the defaults that worked (in XBMC Dharma, Eden and Frodo) aren't working here on at least one skin.

- The default grouplist text font is too small
- The grouplist textcolor is odd. In testing have to set textcolor to black to get white?
- The grouplist rows are much bigger than with Confluence.

Can anyone tell me how are the skin globals picked up? Any suggestions on how to change the global defaults in one skin so that they look like Confluence?
