How to Update XBMC Hub

I have not used my apple tv 2 in sometime but I have the old xbmc on my apple tv and having trouble downloading the new xbmc hub. a friend tells me I can download it right from my tv since I have the old version but I am stuck

Could someone lead me in the right path?
