Low quality thumbnails

Hi, there.

Is that a way I can change my thumbnailing settings? For a long time, I have low quality thumbnails in all builds. Except for movie covers. The movie thumbs seem to be resized with fast algorhythms such as Nearest neighbor or something like that.

I'd like to change settings, if available, or I'll resize them manually.
