So here's my problem. I setup XBMC on my main machine which houses my 1.5TB media drive.
I setup XBMC on an HTPC and pointed it towards my streaming machine, which it does...
But now every time I have to select a show, I have to go to videos > Files > (streaming comp) > Files > TV Shows > Title > AND THEN IT'll show my TV shows. Simply selecting Videos won't automatically bring me to my TV shows, I have to go through this very annoying process...how can I set it up so that when I select TV Shows or Movies (in backrow) that it will automatically bring me to the list of TV shows and movies respectively? Its kind of pointless to have to go through 7 menus before I see the attractive UI...
My second problem is because of my first problem, I can't use my iPhone remote app like I want. It doesn't give me that nice banner style selection, I have to go to the files icon at the bottom, and it just gives me an ugly text list....I don't want that. I want to be able to select any show using that oh so gorgous UI..not a fugly list..
If you guys can solve these 2 problems, I'll be really happy![Big Grin]( "Big Grin")
And for some reason, my banners (the wide picture, not fanart or season DVD covers) don't seem to sync to my HTPC although I see them just fine on the streaming rig..help?
