client priority for one tuner?

I have set up argusTV as the backend and I have multiple frodos running on various computers around the house. Everything works fine except that if one computer is already watching a channel, trying to see something else elsewhere will fail because there are no free tuner available.

Is there a way to make it so that it's always the latest request that "wins", so it tunes out the existing one and tune in the new requested channel? And keep recording at a higher priority too in case something is scheduled.
