Universal Scraper, Artists Bios & Thumbs, Help!

Ok, I'm fairly new to XBMC and did a fresh install of Frodo Beta 1 through Frodo RC2 on 2 machines that never had Dharma or Eden on them at all. One machine is a new Win 8, the other a Mac Pro 1,1. Both exhibiting same behavior regarding my LARGE music library in relation to Universal Scraper, artist thumbs & bios in the music library.

Universal is set as default in the Music settings for artist info and album info. I set the content and universal does its thing, scraping away. I also have cd art manager helping along with Transparency! skin activated, so my fanart, logos, etc. show up fairly-well for the stuff that cdART manager was able to get (I am still wrestling with it as it found less than 20% of content for my library).

So, when navigating the library on both systems via ARTIST, no bio information appears unless I do a funky manual workaround. If I encounter an artist with no bio (and much of the time there is no artist thumb or fanart as well), I hit the context button, select ARTIST INFORMATION. XBMC brings-up the OSD keyboard with the ARTIST NAME already entered in the field. I click DONE. XBMC then brings-up the OSD keyboard again, and this behavior keeps happening until I escape out. I then hit the context menu button again, this time I select CHANGE SCRAPER. This is where I am having an issue because when the SET CONTENT menu appears, it lists the available scrapers, but UNIVERSAL ARTIST SCRAPER is not 'selected' as default, as I would expect. All scrapers in the list are 'unselected' and the thumb (on the right in Transaparency! is the GET MORE puzzle icon thing). I then scroll down to UNIVERSAL ARTIST SCRAPER, select it, it then gets highlighted in blue. I select OK, and then click YES to the dialog asking me if I want to refresh info for all items within this path. I then hit the context menu button again for the same artist and select ARTIST INFORMATION. It then searches for the artist and presents me with a listing of possible artists. 99.8% of the time, the artist I am trying to set content for is the 1st one at the top of the list. I select it, it does another search, and then opens up the artist info screen with all the info entered into all the fields; genre, thumb, bio, and if available, fanart, etc.

Now this is getting frustrating on a number of levels because I already have thumbs for 7,008 of the 7,822 artists listed within my music library. It seems that the info gets wiped, erased, dropped somewhere (maybe when resetting the content when using QUERY INFO FOR ALL ARTISTS in the context menu list. Incidentally, this particular context menu item only appears for me after I have used the CHANGE SCRAPER steps I noted above. The QUERY INFO FOR ALL ARTISTS item will only appear after I change the scraper for particular artist and then when I use it, it wipes-out the content that I manually entered for the artists I previously manually-entered using the steps above.). Shouldn't I be able to set content for all my artists automatically? I think the Universal Artist Scraper is somehow disconnected Confused There's no way I want to manually do this process for almost 8,000 artists

I apologize for the lengthy post, but I am weary from reading threads, wikis & posts. I am trying my best to get my library content looking decent in XBMC. Any guidance/tips/assistance is greatly appreciated as I am probably overlooking something relatively simple causing me to run in circles. Below are some logs (the 2nd one is HUGE because of the cdART Manager activity)
