Crashes after resume

Im using a Asrock Vision HT with XBMC 11 and Windows 8.

When I resume from sleep or hibername xbmc crashes after 2-3 seconds. "Xbmc.exe stopped responding...."
Details of the windows message shows this file to be the problem every time.
DINPUT.DLL
I tried reinstalling Directx but the problem persists.
Ive got a Logitech Dinovo Edge and the Asrock remote as input devices.
Ive got the exact same problem in Windows 7.
