CPU: celeron g550 - maybe a cheap i3 (recommend one)

OS: - windows (have)
1080p smooth video playback needed so would celeron be ok just standard bluray copies nothing to high - will probably be used mostly for 720p stuff but want option!
Will I need GPU or fan?
Can you make any changes / reccomendations - in Ireland so no newegg etc.? (can get UK stuff)
