BIG problems with RPi with OpenElec install

I don't know where to start... I am trying to install OpenElec 2.95.5 on a raspberry Pi.

First boot:
- I got an IP, added a movie source from smb then tried to test a movie (720p h264) and it lagged like hell. I hope I can overclock and improved that. I'll see later.
- Even if I got an IP and can see my local shares, in system > system info > internet it says not connected.
- I can't ssh on the device. Found some help here but I can't access the folder Configfiles through the share, it wont let me. I access the userdata folder which is empty but not the Configfiles!?
- I try through the xbmc UI, in system > openElec os > services and I activate ssh which was not activated by default. Go back to home screen and come back to system > openElec os > services (just to make sure): the ssh is still deactivated!! The settings doesn't seems to be recorded on the card?!? Maybe after a reboot I tell my self, see next:
- the reboot button doesn't work. It appears to simply shutdown, so I unplug the usb power and plug it again.

From this point I never get any IP again and I realize that my movie source is gone. I try with my second RPi and it does the same thing no IP. I tried a different ethernet cable, I tried different power cables. Rebooted my router. Always same result no more IP.

I don't know if it is important but at boot when I see the openElec logo, it says twice
find: /storage/.xmbc/addons/*: no such file or directory
