I don't know what can be done but the problem I have is extremely annoying. XBMC is awesome except for this problem.
I bought G-Box but found navigation to be slow so I instead formatted an old dual core laptop which has HDMI and GeForce video in it. Originally I put XBMCbuntu Beta 3 on it (yes, I know what Beta is) but then decided to put Mint 14 on it and installed Frodo RC1. I've experienced this particular problem with all 3 of them.
A third-party addon is able to gets stuck (shows "working") and never comes out of it thus preventing me from playing videos in any other app and also prevents XBMC from exiting. I've had this problem at least 3 different apps. For example selecting to load a result page or video can get stuck showing "working" and it's all over. Right now I've been watching "working" for over 5 minutes while writing this. I've experienced this with 1Channel the most. Play a video, hit stop, try to browse and it's stuck "working". Happens literally every single time. It must be doing something XBMC doesn't like and isn't able to handle without errors it's not showing me. Also happened with Navi-X (when trying to play a video) and I think Free Cable. When this happens I can't even exit XBMC, I have to reboot or kill it. What are my options for this besides not using any add-ons?
Edit: XBMC wait queue process could not be killed. Had to reboot.
