Hi,
I have been having problems playing a high bit rate M2ts file over the network on my pi, I have gone from SMB share through the XBMC gui to mounting NFS in autostart.sh and have seen an marked improvment in playback (less buffering). However for some reason im getting problems else where on my network when doing this (WDTV playing back mp3s) so id like to return to usig SMB.
Can I mount CIFS using the autostart.sh file and would this give me any better performance than using the XBMC gui mount. Also are there any options available when mounting cifs, as NFS allows you to adjust rsize and wsize.
thanks
Goujam
