Used pre-made htpc box

I am looking to buy my first htpc to run xbmc+aeon skin. I dont have much time to do a build myself, so I checked kijiji in my area. Someone is selling for $400 a htpc which has the following:

-AMD A4-3400 APU
-4GB Mushkin DDR3
-Gigabyte GA-A75M-D2H Motherboard
-1TB SATA2 7200RPM Hard Drive (LOTS of room for shows/movies/etc)
-Silverstone HTPC case with 250W Power supply
-SATA Blu-Ray/DVD Optiarc optical drive
-Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)..legal/registered


I currently have a boxee box which i stream 1080p mkv content to. Everything currently works good but the Boxee box interface is very slow. Is this a good setup to buy? Im not really a technical person when it comes to hardware but do know my way around computers. Any help would be well appreciated!
