m3u - opens slowly (4-5 minutes)!

I have a problem opening *.m3u files in XBMC 12 beta 1.
When I open a playlist in XBMC it opens in 4-5 minutes.
When I change the channel, also have to wait 4-5 minutes.

Operating System: Linux 2.6.32-45 (Ubuntu 10.04).

Before version 8.10 run ok with Windows XP on the same laptop.

I had the same story to a friend's computer [...] I installed XBMC on windows 7, now 2 years [...] I had the same problem. :-(
