Eden and Frodo not compatible when using MySQL?

So I have my main HTPC that I put Frodo Beta 1 on and and I also have a laptop running Eden and a Revo running OpenELEC 2.0 and they all shared libraries and thumbs through MySQL. Well I noticed that ever since upgrading my HTPC (the machine I always run my library updates on) that my laptop and Revo no longer see the MySQL database changes. So I went in and deleted both databases that were present in MySQL (myvideos60 and myvideos72) and redid my library on my HTPC but that still didn't fix the problem. So I decided to upgrade my laptop to Frodo to see if that fixes it and it did. So that leads me to my thread title question, are Eden and Frodo not compatible together when using MySQL? Are they looking at different databases, and if so is there a way that I can get my Revo with OpenELEC to look at the correct database?

Here is my advancedsettings.xml file in case there's something wrong with that:
