lost focus and cant get back

I have an issue, I accidentally hit the "\" key in xbmcbuntu and I cant get it back to fullscreen
I have tried to press Lots of different keys but nothing works. Searching the forums didnt produce any answers

Im sure this is simple anyone know how?
