3.6 Custom menu position tips please :)

I've got maybe 7 custom menu items (playlists), I can set position using the ui relative to the non custom menu items (system, shutdown, videos) but I can't set relative to each other.

Any secret way to manage that I haven't found?? Or have I missed something easy!?!
