No Subtitles found on second search

When I search for a subtitle it may or may not find a subtitle.
If I find one or many subtitles and I search again, I find no subtitles.

Running Nightly Build 2012-11-12 on ATV 2Gen with iOS 5.

This is a problem since if I choose one of the subtitles and it is not the correct one, I can not search and select another subtitle.
