Is there a way to backup everything in MQ4 (Moviesets, Playlists, OSD Settings..) ?

Hi Guys,

I have Eden and Aeon MQ4 installed on my HTPC.
After a few days of tweeking I am finally pleased with the overall look of everything.

Now my question:

How can I save all of it ^^

I know that I can Export my movie / TV show etc. stuff via the Export feature. But what about my moviesets.
For moviesets you have to set every cover and every fanart by hand....is there a file, which saves all the paths to the different covers I am using for the moviesets?

What about the overall look of my MQ4...where are the informations stored, so that I don´t have to do everything from scratch.

I simply want a complete backup....is that possible and if so...how ^^
