fullscreen vs live-tv fullscreen

There is different behavior in fullscreen and live-tv fullscreen, is this hardcoded or is there a tag for live-tv fullscreen I can use in my remote.xml ?

Eks. right/left is skipping in normal fullscreen, but in live-tv fullscreen it's select channel groups.
