Restored backed up sql but all movie thumbs are missing.

Hi, I screwed up my sql database and recovered it from a backup that I do weekly.

Everything is back except the movies thumbs are missing. I have to go into them manually and click get thumb and select it.
Also the episode screenshots are also missing.

Is there a command I can type or something I can do to link them back?

My advancedsettings file points to my sql dbase and the thumbnails folder centralized on the server.

I'm running the stable release of openelec which I believe is running the latest stable xbmc.
