Low power HTPC (Intel)

Hi all,

I'm looking to build a HTPC.

It will be used to:
- Stream internet TV (BBC iplayer for example)
- Stream up to 1080p content from my main PC where all my files are stored.
- Maybe play some emulators (up to N64/PSX generation only)
- looking for something not much bigger than the old classic VCR's, but size is not my primary concern.

Here's what I've got in mind:

1) Form Factor - gonna try for mini ITX but I'm not adverse to mATX. Again, size is not my primary concern

2) Case: this one from Amazon UK

Looks to be a decent size and seems to get good reviews. It seems to have an external power brick. Will this help keep the internals of the build quieter and cooler?

3) Processor

Either the Celeron G530 or the Core i3 3225. Now . . . there is nearly 100 euro in difference between them. Obviously I'd prefer the Celeron if I knew it could do all I'm asking of it (1080p, light emulation etc). If not I'm willing to go for the i3. I don't want to have to go for a graphics card as well.

4) Motherboard - this one

- Needs HDMI, Ethernet and to be able to connect with all my other components obviously. How's this one look?

5) Memory - I'll pick up 4gb DDR3. Is there anything I need to look out for?

6) SSD - Crucial V4 64gb

My budget is in or around 300 euro, but is flexible (Case €70, Processor €50, Board €70, SSD €60, Memory €20

Questions: Is 80W power enough? Would you change any of the components? Will I need extra fans/cooling?

Thanks!
